Emotional Support

Emotional Support

The postpartum journey isn’t just about recovering physically it’s about caring for your heart and mind as well.

As someone who experienced postpartum depression after the birth of two of my own children, I understand how isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting this season can feel. Sometimes what a mother needs most isn’t advice. It’s someone who will simply be present, listen without judgment, and remind her that she doesn’t have to carry everything alone.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of a caring presence, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be yourself.

Because every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and cared for.

The birth of a baby also marks the birth of a mother and she deserves care too
